Reynchemie

Reynchemie is a successful, trendsetting company with innovative products for both new structures and repair and renovation products for old listed monuments, since 1988.

THE CHALLENGE

Reynchemie had a Webflow site, but despite the platform’s flexibility, the implementation was messy—making updates time-consuming and frustrating. Their team needed a site that was easier to manage and more aligned with their brand identity.

Our approach

The website is a mess, you need to rebuild, with focus.

We started with a 3-week research phase to understand how users interacted with the existing site. We analyzed visitor behavior, pinpointed bottlenecks, and identified the most visited content and product pages. This allowed us to redesign with clarity and focus.

Despite already using Webflow, the site’s structure and class naming were so chaotic that continuing with it would’ve taken more time and budget than starting fresh. So, we rebuilt the site from the ground up with a clean, scalable Client-First structure, focusing on ease of use and long-term maintainability.

Within 3 months, Reynchemie’s organic traffic more than doubled, and the conversion rate for offer requests increased by over 3x.

Our old website was due for a renewal, and this renewal had to be done on Webflow. Studio Neat quickly came up with a surprising design full of extras that ultimately had a huge impact on our website.
